I've got my history exam tomorrow. I probably wouldn't have been this worried if it weren't for the fact that my history teacher has this cynical propensity of threatening to send me to the councilor's office for every little mistake I make... And for the big ones? It'll probably be the asylum... I really hope I never make any big mistakes... But then again, what exactly is 'big'?
Help! Fanfiction.net has been taken over by the messengers of King Bad-Grammar! They're spreading bad grammar like wildfire around the site! Watch out, or the next person to get afflicted with the incurable disease could be you!
Haha... No, but I swear- some parties' grammars just make me want to flush my head down the toilet... If I were to name the oh so noble advertisers for this fine art, I would be labeled the most misanthropic person alive. Seeing as I have no intention of becoming public enemy #1, I will refrain from naming any of these god-like beings.
Oh, I've forgotten- I already have named one of them- in my previous post. It may shock you beyond your wits, but compared to some of the worst writers, julie-tearjerky's English is Shakespearean.
Oh, I get this impulsive, almost irresistible urge to flame those kind of writers, but my humaneness always keeps me back. Now I've decided that it's even crueler to delude a plainly abysmal author by saying, "Oh, this was sooooo good! You write so well! Keep it up!!"
Okay, so that was a wee bit exaggerated, but what the heck? If the author deserves to be flamed, then just go ahead. In fact, in such circumstances, they aren't even 'flames'- they're just statements of universally known facts!
Anyway, the first step for me is learning to make constructive criticisms... I need help from ivybluesummers/The Long Fall of Prose over here...
