My German Shepherd chanced upon an incredibly naïve section of humanity today and, needless to say, patriotically assailed it. The victim was a young woman of sparing intelligence who had come to our house on some business. She left without telling any of us, and it so happened that my dog was roaming free in our yard at that time. She was bitten.
