yadda yadda yadda

I posted yet another one-shot story yesterday, more as an excuse to write a SenRu than anything else, apart from possibly contending with myself in terms of number of stories. It was no surprise when I realized it was utter butt-crap after I finished writing it. I really thought I had a concrete plot in mind when I opened up MS-Word, but it turned out that in my haste to finish it within that sitting itself, I destroyed whatever worth it would have had. I read through it and I felt like puking my intestines out--it was that bad. It's so shallow that even an ant could wade in it without the slightest fear of drowning. It's a total insult to my reputation. I really, really wish I could trash it, but then again, I'd rather not. Who knows? Maybe some day some miserable shallow-story addict or another might just be passing by and be so kind as to leave behind a review. But I wouldn't bet on it. Anyway, it's all up to Time to decide.

Darn, I just can't stop rambling on about Sendoh! Today was--surprise, surprise--the second episode of the Ryonan vs. Kainan game and man, was Sendoh cool or what! Doesn't matter if Old Man Maki gave him the slip a couple of times and made fools out of Sendoh's teammates. It's damnably unfortunate that Ryonan didn't make it through to the National Championships, even after scoring so much better against Kainan than Shohoku did. It's rather weird that Shohoku should beat Ryonan by such a large margin, though. It led me to believe Shohoku might have even been able to beat Kainan. But O Inoue, Why couldn't you have knocked Kainan out instead? Would have been a blow to its players' pride and self-importance, and a slap to the face for Maki and Coach Takato. No use brooding over this right now. I just have to channel all this frustration into the new story I'm writing--What Would We Do Without You? Doesn't matter if nobody's reading it. I really don't give a shit about that. I'm writing this more for myself than anybody else. But yeah, in any case, a review wouldn't hurt, and would be much appreciated.

Tomorrow's a holiday on account of the Muslim festival of Bakri Eid, so I get a whole day to make up for at least some of the huge amount of time that I wasted. I think I'll study computer, Hindi, history and geography tomorrow, in varying proportions. That should give me peace of mind; at least for the time being. If I manage to forge the will-power and time to study environmental education, wonderful. We have thirty goddamn chapters to study, and I haven't progressed in it one single bit. I think I'll take Wednesday off as well. Thursday's nothing great: English grammar. Piece of cake. At the moment I am in desperate need for time, so I'm trying to think of all possible means to get it.
