This morning when I was browsing through the SD archive, I came across a fic that I thought bore a curious resemblance to one of my own. This is the fic: Hot Spring Inn Terror written by Skaterz. The fic of mine that I’m talking about is: An Unforgettable Vacation. Such people are more to be pitied than censured, really, because they’re so untalented and their minds are so full of that rotten shit that civilized people avoid that they steal another author’s idea and write out nonsense that scarcely does justice to the original story. I personally feel insulted after reading that rotten fic: that my idea should be fucked up so badly that it appears to be the product of reverse peristalsis in a five-year-old that ate fermented cheese by accident. I mean, the author in question couldn’t measure up to half my stature in terms of literary skills, so at first sight, the idea may not seem to be something I can claim as my own. But on closer inspection, it’s a total rip-off of my story: First, it’s a horror/humor fic, and I’ve written three such fics—not many other people have; secondly, all four teams go on vacation to a resort-like-thing; thirdly, the players’ activities during the travel. The last one is so disturbingly similar to my own story that I felt like flaming the author to the point where she deletes the fic. Let me cite. In my fic: “Uozumi decided to whip out his Nintendo DS and make yet another attempt at getting past the Elite Four in his Pokémon Diamond Version, while Ikegami sat next to him, eagerly pouring through the Diamond Version guidebook, and barking tips to Uozumi whenever he came across one that seemed useful.” In this bitch’s fic: “Hanagata was playing Final Fantasy XII in his PSP while Fujima reads the game guide book and tell Hanagata where to go or what to do.” The bastardized version of my fic is so badly written that I’m almost ashamed of being the author of the original. Man, life does suck; especially when such fucktards take credit for an idea that was entirely, originally yours.

Man, that is so blatant. I wonder if she knows that you already noticed. What actually surprises me is the fact that she'd do that in the same category and within the same period. That's weird. if it was a fic from a long way back, I wouldn't have minded so much. But this one, I just have to give it to her.Having said that, I'd personally be flattered if it were me, but I realized that others are not inclined that way. Well, do the honor of sending her PM. Good luck!
I swear. And it's quite a coincidence that a similar thing befell Rio only recently. Except that in her case the perpetrator was even more blatant. As for this girl, I wouldn't have minded so much if she said something like "I'm summarizing Kaiser Washington's fic because i'm utterly unimaginative and I have nothing better to do." at the beginning. But no. The fact remains that she totally stole my idea, <>even while i was still writing the fic!!<>Haha. I would have minded even if it were a fic from a long way back - it's just this feeling i get... that i have to pick a fight with someone.but seriously, i'm far from flattered. i mean, i might have been if the author at least acknowledged - even if she only made a hint - that she stole the idea from somewhere. the fact that it's her first fic doesn't make things any better. she doesn't even have a reputation. i did review that fic, and i do think that i could have been harsher on her, but i guess there's nothing i can do but wait for her to reply - if she ever does.in pollux's case at least the theif-author wrote moderately well. this fic... it's hopeless.you know what? thanks. and i think i will send her a strongly-worded PM. :)
Oh, and I forgot this:So here's a little A/N the author inserted:"This is my first story.... Dunno whether the other reader will find it bored or they dun understand it. Well, if both then I'll try my best to write a better one next time."Is the 'other reader' me????
