I loved this chapter. Mayuri never disappoints. He's a total badass when it comes to figuring things out, and not even weird looking "little red riding hood" Quincy dude was immune to his powers of deduction. He just has this way about him that baffles all his opponents. Szayel, for instance. Mayuri was apparently the only one who came out of a battle with an Espada completely unscathed. Words cannot do justice to such awesomeness. I only hope that Mayuri gaining the upper hand in this battle does not mean that things will go horribly, horribly wrong in the next chapter, which is what Bleach has a tendency to do. Oh well.
