I apologize for the pun, but it had to be said. You see, I finally finished transcribing the first movement of Rachmaninoff's Symphony No. 1 for the pipe organ. It can be found here. I began this transcription in April of this year. I must say, I never expected to get this far, and I'm fairly pleased with myself, even though I'll admit that it's entirely possible that this is a mediocre transcription, and that Rachmaninoff might weep, if he were alive to hear it for himself. Not to mention every organist in the world.
