My team is flying us out to California for a workshop next week. J and I were booking tickets through the company's travel portal, but oddly every single flight to San Jose seemed to be one-stop or more and was more expensive than anything that was on offer through Google. After spending the better part of ten minutes puzzling over why Amazon, so famous for their frugality, would show us these extremely pricey options, we realized that we had been looking at flights to San José, Costa Rica. It would have made for such an amusing story if we'd booked that flight, ended up in Costa Rica, and been like, "Where is everyone?"
